The site cerd.cet.ac.in had the following on the web page, "The Centre will be the hub centre and Satellite Centres will be established as and when necessary in engineering colleges to carry out research and development activities to make the colleges centres of excellence." I noticed that the website said " The Centre will provide centralized computational and other common research facilities, access to information sources, conduct training, seminars, symposia and lecture series in emerging areas and research initiation." The meta header had cet as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by cet tvm, cgpu, and college of engineering which isn't as important as cet. The other words the site used was trivandrum. trivandrum cet is also included but could not be viewed by search engines.
